Russell Westbrook

November 12, 1988 – Russell Westbrook is an American professional basketball player currently playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the NBA. Westbrook played high school basketball for Leuzinger High School, then played two years in college at UCLA before declaring for the 2008 NBA Draft. He was drafted by the Thunder’s former incarnation, the Seattle SuperSonics, which relocated from Seattle to Oklahoma City six days after the draft.


September 29, 1988 – Kevin Wayne Durant is an American professional basketball player. Playing the position of small forward, Durant currently plays with the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association.


September 3,2008 – Oklahoma City team officials unveil the team’s new name and logo. The former Seattle SuperSonics franchise is now known as the Oklahoma City Thunder.
