Amir Khan Defeats Carlos Molina

Carlos Molina(17-1-1) was clearly over matched in his bout with Amir Khan(27-3-19) . Amir Khan was bigger, quicker and altogether much better than Carlos Molina for every minute of their 10 round fight. Molina, who began bleeding from cuts in the middle rounds, referee Jack Reiss was forced to stop the fight on the advice of Molina’s corner before the 11th.

Hector “Macho” Camacho will be taken off life support, his mother said Friday night, indicating she would have doctors do that Saturday. The three other sons were expected to arrive from the U.S. mainland around midnight Friday. “Until they arrive, we will not disconnect the machine,” Matias said. “I lost my son three days ago. He’s alive only because of a machine,” Matias said. “My son is not alive. My son is only alive for the people who love him.”
